Returns and refunds

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund, store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it - unworn and not used. It must also be in its original packaging. If there is no error made by Friendly Earth Emporium, and it is a return due to 'change of mind', the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

a 20% processing fee will be deducted from cancelled or refunded orders due to 'change of mind'.

 

Non-returnable items

- Gift Cards

- Washed or used products (for hygiene reasons)

 

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances

- An item is not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.**

 

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
